The URL validator, as used in the WMS loading form for example - does not accept localhost URLs. This is a upstream Symfony bug (symfony/symfony#3207).

Until it has been closed there, use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.

Removing milestone, as corresponding Symfony bug is still open.
