A：mapbox的比例尺如何制定，如何调取我也没找到相关文档，不过mapbox相关数据源OpenstreetMap的比例尺文档你可以参考一下

分辨率问题没太理解，可能是我对这块不是太了解
不通纬度下不同缩放等级的距离/像素不同，参考下边文档
