I think this would be a really nice enhancements, because often you have annotations which overlap when you have a fixed size within all zoom levels. So the idea is to have a property called visibleZoomLevelRange @ each RMAnnotation which is a floating point range to describe the visiblity.
I already started working on this but there is still some work to do. Especially the change of visibility right after zooming the map.
