Yes, its because the some tests rely on real requests to AWS. Credentials that are encrypted for travis to use during builds can't be decrypted by folks who aren't part of mapbox. If there's actually a solution for this I would be stoked -- but short of that we might have a mocktestquest ahead of us.

Yea, it would be cool if all the tests could run against dynalite.
