Until #51 is done we should use a stream instead of a sync file read as at aws/aws-sdk-js#158 to avoid (node) warning: Recursive process.nextTick detected. This will break in the next version of node. Please use setImmediate for recursive deferral. seen at https://ci.appveyor.com/project/BergWerkGIS/node-mapnik/build/1.0.17#L939.
