Renaming the repository

I believe osm-edit-report is ready for the mb-pages deploy. Lets use this ticket to put our thoughts for this release and list down any bugs that might hamper this release.

I'm thinking the workflow would look like this:

• Rename osm-edit-report to osm-edit-report-old (including in the package.json)
• Add a depreciation notice and link to the new repo
• Rename osm-edit-report-v2 to osm-edit-report (including in the package.json)
• Add publisher to the team settings
• Change the build script to push to mb-pages
• Change the homepage key in package.json
• Rebuild and deploy from master; delete hey-pages branch
• 🍺
