Output to line-delimitted geojson. The output would be structured like:

./output/{{X}}/{{Y}}/{{Z}}/nodes.json
./output/{{X}}/{{Y}}/{{Z}}/ways.json
./output/{{X}}/{{Y}}/{{Z}}/relations.json
