Certain Layers Aren't Visible at Lower minZoom Levels #111

No matter what value I set my minZoom level for certain layers, they still aren't visible until a higher level in the Maputnik editor. "railway" is a perfect example of this: I set my minZoom to level 8, but railway layers don't materialize until Level 11. Level 11 would be fine for my map, but when I load it in tileserver-gl-light, it doesn't render there until level 14.

Another instance is with "water." Certain bodies of water are shown properly in the Maputnik editor at zoom level 11, but when that style file is run with tileserver-gl-light they're shown as thin blue lines until level 13 where they become normal, wide bodies of water.

I didn't see this behavior when using my previous Mapbox OSM-Bright style with tileserver-gl-light. Am I missing some sort of configuration change after the switch to OpenMapTiles?

I just discovered that this issue was previously handled by OpenMapTiles #146 (which is why it's visible at Zoom level 11 in Maputnik) and I can't see that change because I'm working off of an outdated (11/28/2016) mbtiles file.
