First of all let me take the opportunity to thank you for this very useful corpus of trade agreements.
I think the text of the FTA between Chile and the US (pta_53) is incomplete. In this repository, the FTA has only 13 chapters while in the official version there are 24.

"Text cleaning: Every retrieved PTA text was cleaned manually to remove annexes, schedules, and protocols. In other words, only PTA full texts were taken into consideration. Where possible, we also corrected typos and errors induced by optical character recognition."
I believe the incomplete Chile-US trade agreement is due to this cleaning choice; the final chapters were an annex.
