It would be useful to add the functionality of creating multiple simulations. The hearth of this section is @Jenny89's code

  • Create simulations
  • Average nodes
  • Perturb during simulations.
  • Plot
  • Tutorial

La función actual de popSimulation, ya tiene la opción de perturbar un nodo. Crees que sea mejor idea separarlas? una función que no haga perturbaciones y otra que sí?

Ponerlo como opción? Deja reviso el código, pero pasarlo como parametro suena bien.
