## Intro
The `tidyspec` package was design to enable the data analysis of spectral data (as IR, Raman, NMR) with the tidy data format.
All functions requires that the data must have the `Wavenumber` as first column. Functions will return the first column name as `Wn`
.
## Ideas
- Abs to trans & trans to abs funs\
- Check var names is in format\
- Scale data funs\
- viz funs\
- baseline funs\
- smooth funs\
- derivative funs
## Abs to trans & trans to abs funs
- If you are working with transmittance in percent values, the formula is:
$$A = 2-\log_{10}{T(\%)}$$
- If your transmittance values is between 0 and 1, use this formula:
$$A = -\log_{10}{T}$$
## Scale data funs
Should I use `recipes` package ?!
__*VERY DIFFICULT!!!!*__
## Visualization functions
- `smartplot`: create a fast and simple visualization of spectras.
- `smartplotly`: similar to `smartplot` but create an interactive plot using `plotly`.
## Smooth functions
- `spec_smooth_avg`: smooth average
- `spec_smooth_sga`: smooth Savitzky-golay
## Derivative funcitons
- `spec_diff`: Compute the differentiation of the spectra.
## Baseline funcitons
- All functions contains `blc`.
- `spec_blc_rollingBall`
- Functions ending with `prev` display a graph with the baseline to be applied in the graph.
