I'd love to download a single nodist-0.3.11.setup.exe file, which I only have to run to be guided through a simple installation. Asking me on the way if I'd like x64 for example.

I don't know how to create something like that, but I'd be willing to accept a pull request for this, of course.

Good idea! Thanks to @nullivex this is now the default installation method.
