[Proposal] Embed Charts generation with chart.js

Chart.js is a really cool and simple library. We should include chart generation in this library.

Chart.js covers more mileage. We are likely to use it as it's already embedded in our app. We still haven't figured out how to handle the UI. Even Google Sheets is clunky when generating charts.
