[BUG] Limit results feature bug

[Destokado]

Limit results feature limits the results BEFORE checking if they match with the search filters. It would be expected to limit the results that match the requirements.

Proof
Query with limit 10:
https://wdo.wmcloud.org/lgbt+_articles/?limit=10&target_langs=ca%2Cfo&source_lang=es&topic=all&order_by=none&show_gaps=one-gap-min

Query with limit 100:
https://wdo.wmcloud.org/lgbt+_articles/?limit=100&target_langs=ca%2Cfo&source_lang=es&topic=all&order_by=none&show_gaps=one-gap-min

Thus, it is either a bug, or the legend is not accurate, as it says limit results, instead of limit search
