Created this changelog file.
Bumped version to 1.0
Was not picking up strings from local plugin, as discussed here https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=442834&parent=1781336
If set to plain text area it would overrun the boundaries of the enclosing box. Added form-control class. Updated readme.
