可否添加 @ 插件进入富文本？

braft editor暂时还不支持draftjs-plugin那一套插件机制，所以没办法用那上面的插件，mention功能后期会做到braft-extensions扩展包里面，但是最起码也要到春节之后，节前没有时间来进行新功能的开发来

尝试给 braft-extensions 增加了 mention 模块，用的就是 draft-js-mention-plugin
提交了个 PR 希望给点意见
