Right now you have to execute 4 different combinations of key strokes (with keys being all over the place) to change a variable to a private one:
Rename (Shift+F6) -> go to the beginning (🠔) -> Add underscore (Shift+-) -> Refactor (Enter)

Would be nice to just press Enter twice while holding Alt
