Download startpage to use locally

The idea is that the user can download a zip file, extract it somewhere and use the html file as the startpage. There will be a few disadvantages to using the startpage locally, for example the bookmarks will not be updated. But the advantage is that it'll be faster because the html, css and js will already be stored locally, so no need to download them. And the css will be fully controllable by the user, so will let the user do whatever he/she wants.

how will it work ?

Dunno if it is feasable, but it would be nice to generate a .zip file based on a template. Then it would generate html depending on the user's settings, and add the beackground image of the startpage to the zip file. The .zip file would be then returned (maybe a way to sign it and give the option to verify ?), along with instructions to use it as a startpage.
