Page jumps when reaching a certain scroll position

I've got stellar applied to three background images in different 'section' tags, and upon reaching a particular position on the page (almost at the bottom) the scrollbar jumps back up and the page along with it. I can't see anything in the code that would be causing this, however when i reduce the page down to just two sections the issue disappears (but obviously this is not the layout I would like)

UPDATE: Upon further investigation the issue is reduced when the webfonts are removed. On persistent scrolling down, the page jumps to the top occasionally with no webfonts, but when the webfonts are added, the page won't scroll to the bottom of the page.
