Datetime field not showing calendar popup

webjea v1.1.22183.37606 running on Server 2019 standard under IIS 10.0. Vanilla install according to installation instructions. Neither the included demo validate.ps1 script or the custom script I uploaded show a calendar picker for datetime parameters when entering the appropriate field in the webpage. I tried this using both MS Edge (chromium) latest version and Google Chrome (latest version).
parameters are set as datetime in the scripts.
In the validate.ps1 script these are parameters: DInput01DT and DInput02DT which are both designated as datetime parameters with the second one marked as #WEBJEA-DateTime.
Am I missing something with the configuration?
