suggest: let mdl -h explicitly state its address of development

If running the handy mdl -h (perhaps second best alternative, mdl -v) I would like to see the program's full name/GitHub repository as contact address.

Examples of implementation: pandoc when calling pandoc --help, or filetags when calling filetags -h.

Impacted Rules:

No rule is affected by this suggested extension of documentation to be shipped within the executable.

Describe the Need:

A brief reminder about what the program is about, where I got this program provides a reference one could check-in in case help using the application is needed / where one could contribute to improve the program further.

Current Alternative

So far, I did not identify an alternative.

Can We Help You Implement This?:

Lacking working knowledge of Ruby, I do not feel comfortable altering the source code myself.
