User reported that o2cb clusters can't be configured with IPv6 addresses:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=975302

Is there a plan to add IPv6 support or do you recommend new clusters to use Pacemaker and DLM instead?

AFAIK, ocfs2 doesn't support IPv6 yet. And there is no plan for new features.
I'm not sure if pacemaker plus fsdlm can support this, but you may have a try. IIRC, SuSE uses this stack instead of o2cb.
