Local workflow folder deletion should not lock up the UI #123

I've noticed on larger directories, particularly source, that clicking the dustbin icon will lock up the UI while it works.

Put that onto a worker, so that the UI can resume.

If there is the possibility of having progress on deletion, that would be useful.
