Using disabled remotes in the Artifactory browser results in an exception #147

I had a local cache in which I'd disabled some remotes.

I then tried to use one of those disabled remotes later (as I forgot I disabled them) in the remote browser. And got this error

conans.errors.ConanException: Remote 'xyz' is disabled

I suspect the disabled remotes should either not be offered, or greyed out.
