Including a samples controller.

Adam, why hybrid? Wouldn't this fit better as a REST application?

Either really. I figure most pre-sales guys will build hybrid apps so they can use older XQuery only code and newer MLJS based pages. Plus with Roxy you get the layout and view separation which you wouldn't have with just REST I believe.

Roxy MVC gives you layout/view separation at the XQuery layer. With a REST app, you can do that on the front end, for instance by using AngularJS.

I'm thinking about whether additional layouts could be added using the package manager. In the meantime, if you wanted to provide a layout, you'd probably get to this before I would. Pull requests on the dev branch are ideal, but if you send me a layout & required scripts, that works too.

we are going to be moving away from MVC and pushing the deployer so that folks can use whatever xquery code they want.

No worries. I'm moving to Workplace as a basis anyway so it stops becoming an issue.
