ml corb isn't working on collections

The following command ought to work:

ml local corb --modules=/corb/add-attr.xqy --collection=stuff

... assuming that /corb/add-attr.xqy exists in the src directory and has been deployed, and that there are documents in the collection "stuff". Instead, we get this error:
