…rows. This makes the bottom padding of rows consistent with the top, left and right padding. The additional bottom padding is due to the test results row. This fix has the effect makes the running tests border extend to the bottom of the row.

When a test suite is collapsed, the table rows have a larger space at the bottom compared to the top. The "running test" border styling around the running test suite has additional space below the bottom of the red border.
This is because the tests within the test suite are rendered in a row below the test suite, and this row has additional padding that gets rendered.
