GeuvadisTranscriptExpr is a data package with transcript expression and bi-allelic genotypes
corresponding to the chromosome 19 for CEU individuals from the GEUVADIS project (Lappalainen T et al. Transcriptome and genome sequencing uncovers functional variation in humans. Nature. 2013)
To install the latest development version, use the devtool package (available here)

The vignette contains all the preprocessing steps of the GEUVADIS data. It can be found in the "vignettes/GeuvadisTranscriptExpr.pdf" file. After installation, the vignette can be accessed from the R console by typing
