Can not position to the right edit area....!!!

Question description

my notebook extends a 21 ints screen mornitor.
it is can not position to the right potition for editor area when click the [Table of Contents] item at notebook display screen mornitor.
but it is no problem at extend display screen mornitor.

is there any setting for this issue ？
or it is a bug for fix?

sorry,this issues is resolved at 0.17.1.
my marktext.ext shortcut is also reference to the old version(0.16.3) when i update to the 0.17.1.
it's run ok when i updated to the shortcut's reference.
