Windows installer does not start #3514

Have downloaded the windows installer but it just gets lost when trying to decide on which folder to install:

only current user: tries to install on: C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Programs\MarkText
All Users: C:\Program Files\MarkText
But in either of the options there's the option of installing it.....

Not sure how or why, but now the installer has worked with a new installer that theoretically is the same (compared with WinMerge), but downloaded from majorgeeks.com web.
So issue solved
