Description

Xml code block is inclorrectly displayed.

Can you reproduce the issue?

Steps to reproduce

Generate markdown file in notepad

<configuration isSecure="yes&amp;not">
</configuration>

Open markdown file in MarkText
Notice that & was replaced with single & char.

Expected behavior:

& shouldn't be replaced inside code block

Actual behavior:

& is replaced with single & char

Versions

MarkText version: 0.17.1
Operating system: Windows 11 Enterprise build 22621.1413
