Hello!

I would like to add CI support in Azure Pipelines.

This means I need to execute start-app in my CI pipeline and then add the generated .exe to the artifacts. I sadly can't figure out if there is a step to run accomplish the nuget package manager UI in Azure Pipelines.

Do you maybe know how to do this or know a work around?
