This is a simple custom grid that can be used to select Tasks from a particular Sprint (and Owned by the Current User), and bulk-add them to a Timesheet.

Custom Page Directions from Rally Help
- Select the Iteration of Interest from Pull-down
- Click 'Get Tasks'
- Check-box the Tasks you want to add to Timesheet
- Select Gear Menu and choose "Add Tasks to Timesheet..."
