Fan motor does not work with RAMPS #44

I realized Marlin 1.0 beta did not obey my commands for starting and stopping the FAN (M106 & M107). I looked at the Pins.h and I saw default values for FAN_PIN and EXTRUDER2 were the same value (9).

Putting a -1 on EXTRUDER2 (HEATER_1_PIN) did it work.

I am not familiar of the standard procedure here. I've reopened it so it can be fixed in the master.

(I believe this has been fixed; anyway, issue created a long time ago; reopen if there's no fix in place)
