Building a new release

Build eclipse plugin:
1) Increase version numbers in com.github.*/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
2) Increase version number in feature/feature.xml
3) Add feature with new version to update_site/site.xml
4) Select new feature in update_site/site.xml and click 'Build'

Build client:
1) Run target package in com.github.marook.eclipse_remote_control.client/build.xml
2) Copy com.github.marook.eclipse_remote_control.client/eclipse_remote_control_client.jar to release/
