I like the way that XLD can rip the hidden pregap tracks from albums, but is it 
possible to rip it as a separate track?

XLD cannot rip the pregap on my machine for some reason. If I rip the entire CD 
as one file, there will be silence at the beginning where the hidden track 
should be (and it takes forever to rip!). Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
