installing bart requires duplicity. I came across a bug which appears to have been resolved in the latest release of duplicity.

symptoms: not backing up to the s3 bucket.
after upgrade to duplicity 0.7.03
backup completes to s3 as expected.
although you get

reported this back to bart team, and think we are clear of this now since os updates, closing.
