ElevenClock 4.1.0

- Rewrote fullscreen checker
- ElevenClock consumes less CPU usage (ElevenClock now consumes 50%/75% less CPU than older releases)
- It is more reliable, since it diectly depends on taskbar's attributes
- Removed legacy code, and rewrote older parts. Code is more accessible now, as well as more efficient
- Welcome Wizard will show after updating ElevenClock, but only if it had not been finished
