I'm using a few Powershell modules, and I'm missing a quick way to check available updates.

Describe the solution you'd like

Maybe Powershell modules could be handled in WingetUI ?
I think the required scripts are already installed on a fresh Windows install, and are sufficient to implement a complete package manager.
