Triggering Intention too fast deletes extra baseline entries #24

If the remove from baseline intention is triggered to fast, additional entries from the baseline are removed.

We should either remove the intention, reindex faster or verify that the intention is removing the correct entries. But the ladder may not be possible because of a slow index.
