Baud rate reverts to auto #3

I have set UART 3 to control my RunCam Split 2 device under the peripherals dropdown box in betaflight. The only way I got it to work (once) was by manually setting the baud rate to 115200. But the next time i connected to betaflight the baud rate reverted to AUTO, and I have lost control/communication.

Not sure how to get the baud rate to stick!
