I kinda messed up here, I thought I was on a different branch when I pushed the commits for the demo and they ended up as a part of this PR. Probably it would be better to close it and upload everything again in a better way. |

OK. I'm closing the PR. Checkout develop branch, I made quite a lot of changes today. |

Fixes issue #1 but maybe in a dirty way. The app won't crash anymore and the logs show that the right slides are being shown, but I can't confirm the UI is behaving that way.
