Once Rust-web3 crate released, implement feature to use Infura blockchain secret key #412

from Steve:
when we update the rust-web3 dependency, we will gain the feature to use Infura project secret for auth access.

relates to clandestine mode of using blockchain services

I suspect this card has been rendered obsolete by one or more of the following:

  1. the rust-web3 project or at least the latest version. The functionality of incorporating an api key will still be possible but determined with how we use the http transport (reqwest).
  2. by the falling behind card if we opt to use ether-rs or another crate
