Context

We are a few AssemblyScript versions late on core side, an upgrade is needed.

The jump will be 21.7 => 25.0, we chose version 25.0 even if 26.7 is the latest because latest versions of other packages used for SC compilation require 25.0.

The following PRs will also contain tests for Date.now and class ID values as they are missing and could be invalidated by this AssemblyScript upgrade or further ones to come.
