Remove events from speculative state snapshot

Events represent a heavy burden on snapshots.
However they are not reverted when an execution fails, only marked as is_error=true.
They also don't participate in the state.

Removing them from snapshots could therefore prevent gas overflow problems, but still need to be tracked in order to be marked as is_error.
