Current state: run 10 runtimes on Ec2 4 cores, 16G ram.

Monitor running time of separated fragment
Collect common logic from runtime to indexer manager
problem: not enough CPU for running Indexer
(with serum indexer: 300 transactions/block)
-> Use common block stream from chain reader for All indexer runtimes with same address
Read history data from chain reader' cache
