Implement redundant actions concept (see CarbonCalc API tab line 6). If actions specified as redundant with others, when evaluating such an action, if a redundant action has already been chosen, add message "You cannot earn points for this and also -shorthand name-, where shorthand name is the action tag without underscore and with words capitalized.
