I was using this script to activate my friend's pc but there is an error when trying to activate to professional country-specific.
the error is:

and if Professional Country Specific isn't a real proper edition, why is it mentioned?

You can find the list of the activable editions in the HWID read me.
Yes, professional single language also doesn't support any kind of activation. These are placeholder editions (Microsoft may or may not make them proper editions later)
