HWID/KMS38 Activation: Missing source files and URLs #34

The HWID/KMS38 version of the activator package doesn't contain the relevant source files for slc.dll and ARM64_slc.dll as stated in _Info.txt.
Additionally, the following URL in the same file leads to a 404 page:

nsaneforums link is alive, though that requires login.
here is the file. (will update the info in soon next update with mirrors)
