Just checked it on the version which you mentioned, I found that sc qc results are not in English, that is why you are seeing the incorrect result in the service checking info. (My previous test on Chinese language-based, produced correct results, that is why I assumed results are in English for all. Will make it registry-query based)
Regardless of it, it doesn't affect the activation process and it activated just fine.
In your case, try basic troubleshooting steps listed in the read me, and if nothing works then do an in-place upgrade with the Windows 10 ISO (Mount, and run setup.exe), keeping all the files and settings.
As I said before, it activated fine but with KMS38 (option 3), not with HWID (option 2), so this means it does affect the activation process for W10 Home single language (tested Spanish x64)
PS: I did not test with option 4: Online KMS
HWID (option 2) does not activate W10 Home SL (spanish)
Version: 1.4
script: MAS_1.4_AIO_CRC32_9A7B5B05.cmd
workaround: Option 3 activate
